• Drafting privacy policies for electronic commerce applications.
   
• Drafting business contracts for the acquisition and/or sale of personal information.
   
• Drafting Employee and Independent Contractor Agreements for the management of personal information.
   
• Drafting procedures and advising with respect to access to information requests.
   
• Reconciling technological advances with privacy legislation (i.e. Personal Digital Assistants, video surveillance, e-mail).
   
• Advising with respect to electronic monitoring of employees.
   
• Providing ongoing privacy legislation compliance advice to Privacy Officers.
