Alternative Dispute Resolution

The firm conducts a wide ranging practice in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Much of this work is in the labour relations field, where members of the firm serve as arbitrators to resolve disputes between union and management. This practice is carried out throughout all major centres in Manitoba, as well as in Saskatchewan, Alberta and Ontario. We also serve as arbitrators/mediators in facilitating the resolution of commercial and corporate disputes that would traditionally be resolved through the court process. Our work in this field involves arbitrating and resolving disputes in areas such as commodity purchase contracts, construction contracts, share valuations, lease terms, and other areas.
