• Represented governments and community groups on transfer and discontinuance of railway lines before the Canadian Transportation Agency and The Federal Court of Appeal.
• Licencing and certification of air carriers, regulatory issues relating to mergers and acquisitions of air carriers, enforcement proceedings under the Aeronautics Act.
• Represents and advises motor carriers and shippers on trucking contracts, bills of lading, cargo claims and National Safety Code certification.
• Regulatory matters and litigation relating to agricultural products marketing boards.
