Mr. Mercury practises in the area of civil and commercial litigation, including municipal assessment law, with appearances before the various tribunals and all levels of Court in Manitoba including the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench and Court of Appeal. Mr. Mercury has also appeared and argued before the Ontario Provincial Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court and the Supreme Court of Canada.
