Partner, 2004 – present. Associate, 1994 – 2004. Harley C. Boles is a partner in our firm's Business Law Group. Harley practises in all areas of real estate law including acquisitions and divestitures, financings, and development. Harley represents various public and private real estate based companies including a TSX listed real estate investment trust. In the course of his practice, Harley acts for a variety of commercial real estate developers, residential condominium developers, residential subdivision developers, residential home builders, lenders, purchasers and vendors of all types of real estate.
