Partner, 2008 - present. Associate, 1999 - 2004, 2006 - 2008. Mr. Ross practises in the area of civil and commercial litigation, including defamation, insurance and securities law. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Manitoba, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. As a member of Aikins' Class Action Practice Group, Mr. Ross has experience litigating class action proceedings.
