As a partner at Aikins, his extensive advocacy practice covers civil litigation, tax litigation, and criminal trial work, including both outside counsel in special prosecutions and defence cases. He has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba in both trial and appellate matters. In addition he has appeared in the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also appeared before many tribunals in administrative proceedings.
