Support Staff
The AMT Management Services staff provide a wide range of non-legal support service for Aikins, MacAulay & Thorvaldson LLP, Manitoba's largest law firm. These include secretarial, clerical, accounting, information technology, library and human resources services. CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
We currently have openings for the following positions:
● Marketing Co-ordinator
Responsibilities include:
- ▪ developing and preparing professional, creative marketing materials,
▪ conducting market research and RFP preparation,
▪ effectively supporting the design and maintenance of Internet and Intranet websites,
▪ co-ordinating special events and conferences.
The ideal candidate can work independently, co-ordinate a variety of related administrative tasks, deal effectively with clients, vendors and staff, and have strong organizational and communication skills. Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing or equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
● Corporate/Commercial Legal Assistant
The successful candidate will possess initiative, attention to detail and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
These positions are with AMT Management Services which provides support services to Aikins, MacAulay & Thorvaldson LLP, Manitoba’s largest law firm.
